The ladies and gentlemen of Miss Celie's Spa Orleans, wish for all of our guests to anticipate their spa experience unfettered by any concerns.  Following are answers to frequently asked questions.  Should any questions or concerns remain, please contact The Spa directly at (504) 522-7288, and we will be pleased to provide further information.

Appointments

We thank you for coming on time or early to relax prior to your service. This keeps us on schedule and keeps you from waiting too long because of others.

Cancellations

Should a conflict arise, we require 24-hour notice of change or cancellation and 48-hour notice for packages. The time is reserved for you only, so we must charge you for inadequate notice. Cancellation fees are donated to Dress for Success, a not-for-profit organization that helps low-income women make tailored transitions into the workforce. Dress for Success relies on the financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteer efforts of individuals and companies around the world who are committed to helping women take charge of their lives.

Miss Celie’s is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is only permitted outside.
