Your Own Miss Celie’s Spa Orléans
Miss Celie’s Spa Orléans, is offering Consulting and License Agreements to individuals who have a solid business background. We specialize in boutique size spas in Hotel and B&B settings as well as stand alone businesses. You do not need prior industry experience. With our complete system, you or your certified manager can handle day-to-day operations.
The successful Miss Celie’s Owner is someone who has strong people skills, the desire to succeed and wants to build equity in a business for their future.
Average initial investment for a standard 1,000 to 2,000 square foot location, depending on equipment selected, condition of site and landlord leasehold improvement allowance, is approximately $46,500 to $176,500. Your initial investment includes our franchise or license fee, complete interior layout and design, tenant leasehold improvements, equipment and fixtures, opening inventory, rent and security deposits, initial training for franchisee and manager, professional fees and working capital. Our fees can be financed over a 5-year term with proper down payment.
Consulting Fee: $30,000
License Fee: $5,000 (ten year agreement)
Royalty fee of 6% per month on gross sales.
